1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CodeCrafts CRM subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans purchased directly through CodeCrafts, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Free trial
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period, as stated at signup. No payment is collected during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will convert to the paid plan you selected, and billing will begin.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, if the plan has not been substantially used (e.g. bulk data import, payroll runs, or heavy API usage).
- Billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect plan pricing, are refunded in full once verified.
- Service outages that materially prevent use of the Service for an extended period may be eligible for a prorated credit, at our discretion.
Refund requests outside these cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund: renewal payments after the initial 7-day window has passed; partial-month usage after cancellation; one-time setup, onboarding, or custom integration fees; and add-ons or usage-based charges already consumed (e.g. SMS credits, extra storage).
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and invoice number. We aim to review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Downgrades & plan changes
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; we do not refund the difference for the current cycle. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to reach out to support first — most billing issues can be resolved faster that way.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email before taking effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
