1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of CodeCrafts CRM (the "Service"), operated by CodeCrafts ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Description of service
CodeCrafts CRM is a business platform for managing leads, employees, attendance, payroll, and reports. We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service; we will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; upload malicious code; or use the Service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to process.
6. Customer data & ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"), including lead, employee, attendance, and payroll records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to upload and process this data, including any personal data of your employees or leads.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CodeCrafts and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
8. Third-party integrations
The Service may allow integration with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Availability & support
We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice where practical. Support channels and response targets vary by plan, as described on our pricing page.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCrafts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any data export period described in our data retention practices.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeCrafts is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
